Early life
Mark Wien’s family relocated to Albertville, France, and then to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa, when Mark was barely five years old. Mark states that his time in the Democratic Republic of Congo laid the groundwork for him to experience new friendships, cultures, and cuisines when he was there.
